About Yoga With Pam
Certified Yoga Instructor, Pam
Pam, a Buffalo native, discovered yoga in 2009 and has since explored various styles. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with a focus on all levels vinyasa yoga/power flow at The Practice Buffalo.
Believing wholeheartedly that yoga is for everyone, Pam is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible space where individuals of all backgrounds & abilities can experience the profound benefits of the ancient practice of yoga. Emphasizing the importance of humility and authenticity, Pam encourages yoga students to leave their egos at home, fostering a supportive and non-competitive environment where self-discovery and growth can flourish on the yoga mat.
Pam is an independent hairstylist and nail technician, managing her own business. Additionally, she contributes her skills at her husband’s dental practice, working at the front desk. Pam finds joy in baking, spending time with her family and dogs.
