“Steve and Trévon have clients of all ages, ability levels, and training experience (this is mostly a traditional strength training gym, not cross-fit or similar HIIT).
They really work with you to see where you’re at and the training plans are customized for you/your goals.
Equipment here is top-notch as well. Pricing is fair for what you get, especially considering the training is often 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 depending on the time slot. They can also offer advice on recovery and nutrition, and will always make adjustments to your plan depending on how you are feeling. Most importantly, Steve & Trévon cultivate a positive, affirming atmosphere and are really good guys!”

“We have had many “starts and stops” over the last few years in our quest for better health and weight loss. Together we decided to make an appointment end of February 2023, as our annual January New Year resolution was not working very well one month in to 2023. We made a commitment to twice a week to begin in March.
Our first three months were not easy, but with encouragement from our trainer Steve and Trevon some weekends, we were able to experience noticeable results. Balance, Flexibility, Strength and Nutrition have been reintroduced in to our daily routine, as a lifestyle, not “diet and exercise.”
Our second three months have given us more confidence, greatly improved health reports from our Doctor as we ramped it up, committing three times a week.
